Have you ever been reading a cookbook or watching Alton Brown or Rachel Ray on TV and had a question? If so, this is the blog for you.
Between the Pages will focus on recipes that include all the stuff cookbooks and cooking shows leave out. We'll cover how to purchase ingredients, exactly which kitchen tools we use, and all of the steps. We'll also cover what to do when what comes out of your oven doesn't match the picture in the cookbook. We'll also have fun making candies and decorating cakes.
If you have a question, feel free to ask them. Each recipe we post will have a comment section just for that purpose.
Lastly and probably most important, we'll never post a recipe unless we've made it ourselves. If it wasn't good enough for us, it isn't good enough for you.
