This Spectacular Life-sized Darth Vader Cake was made by Amanda Oakleaf Cakes, the same baker who made the Life-sized Stormtrooper Cake. This Star Wars Cake weighed over 500 pounds, and was over 6 feet 7 inches tall and served approximately 600 people. Darth Vader's cape was made from over 100 pounds of marshmallow fondant and hung freely from his shoulders 5 1/2 feet above the ground. Darth Vader's light saber was a single piece of watermelon flavored poured sugar. The buttons for his belt and chest-piece were also made of poured sugar.
